We promote food habits through food that gives good health, profit, energy and the courses are held by certified Roode course leaders who lead the course participants through 8 courses focusing on changing food and exercise habits, mental strength training and motivation techniques. The Roode Method follows the Directorate-General's official recommendations on dietary advice and physical activity. Our courses are based on the gender principle, where the course participants are followed up over time. This, along with the group dynamics that arise in the groups, are docu*ented as some of the key criteria for success in changing health behaviors. On average you go down approx. 6 kilos during a course.
