if you're anything like me, you adore watching the children in your life grow from pudgy little toddlers into children with more questions thank you for the privilege of photographing them while they're still small. it's my absolute joy!. when i was a te*n, i asked my dad what he considered to be my greatest strengths. . it's true. i easily connect with people, and now that i'm older i can appreciate just how much of a strength that is, especially as a. i'm often asked how i capture such genuine expressions from children in a studio setting and it's precisely because i can quickly engage. without a strong connection with the photographer, your child's portraits will fall flat.. it's my goal to draw out your child's personality allowing him or her to shine in front of my lens. i absolutely love when my nana (95) pulls out her old family albums and shares stories from nearly a century ago. i treasure our time together, flipping through the pages and seeing her photographs that were printed so long ago. travel, and finding amazing food while we travel; two of my favourite things that i could talk about for hours. charleston, sc., and pretty much all of japan are two favourites! and bali. i love to see healthy strong marriages. we bring loads of intention to our relationship and i enjoy sharing ideas & learning from others to i love to cook, bake, and host dinner parties. my specialty is home-baked doughnuts in flavours like dark chocolate as an introvert, when life feels overwhelming, i retreat to a quiet place, sit down and soak in the stillness. often, i'll take long slow breaths and meditate on this bible verse:  be still & know i'm a total su*ker for actual, real life, need a bookmark, flip the pages, books. i love the smell of old books and taking care of new ones (and sometimes cringe if someone folds my cover back.) i'll often be found pairing a book with a cup of earl grey or a lavender-mint if you're anything like me, you adore watching the children in your life grow from pudgy little toddlers into children with more questions
