In my point of view NIDHI companies are NBFCs but they have been exempted from the requirement of registration under section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act 1934. SANJAY KUMAR SAHNI , SONI KUMARI & RAJAN KUMAR GIRI as the trimurti of HHNL they create and preserve the economical resources and destroy the wastefulness of unutilized money and other economical resources.
