Health Center 5 is under the Department of Health. Ministry of Public Health, Health Center 5, Ratchaburi, started using the name Maternal and Child Health Center, District 7, Ratchaburi, Department of Health, provides services to the general public on November 3, 1969, receiving grace from His Majesty the King And Her Majesty the Queen opened on 21 November 1969. In the first phase, the administration was divided into 4 divisions, namely, the Midwifery School, Hygiene Mother and Child Hospital Health Promotion and Administration Department In 1987, the government, by the Office of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, restructured and reorganized the position in the form of 3-year manpower rate. Maternal and Child Health Center Nutrition center School Health Center Dental Public Health Center And using the new name that the Health Promotion Center, Region 7, Ratchaburi and in 1991, the Ministry of Public Health changed the responsibility area to 12 districts and changed its name to Health Promotion Center Region 4, Ratchaburi In the fiscal year 2016, the Department of Health changed the name of the center to be in line with the Health Service Zone 5, which is the 5th Health Center, Ratchaburi. In 2014, the Ministry of Public Health reform was implemented again. There are 12 health service districts which are responsible for the 5th Health Service Center (8 provinces). The scope of work covers the promotion of health and environmental health as follows. Reproductive health consists of Maternal and child health Family planning for AIDS (HIV / AIDS) School age and youth Menopause and elderly health Family education, infertility, miscarriage, reproductive cancer And ually transmitted diseases Nutrition Dental public health Exercise for health Environmental health (Environmental sanitation and health impact essment) Environmental health, disaster and emergency cases Consumer Protection and Public Health Law Food and water sanitation Promoting health in various locations Like a livable city Livable community, health promotion school, health promotion hospital Establishment Accommodation and Public facilities, etc. [censored]
