Welcome to the Illinois As*ociation of Meat Processors. The Illinois As*ociation of Meat Processors (IAMP) has serviced the needs of small to mid-sized meat processing establishments throughout Illinois and the businesses that supply them for over 35 years. The as*ociation as*ists members with legislative and inspection issues, membership networking through tours and the Annual Convention and Trade Show, and provides a meats competition during the Annual Convention. Furthermore, the as*ociation promotes its members through displays at the Illinois State Fair, the Newsletter and on this website.. OPERATOR MEMBER is for all those that own, manage or are employed by a licensed, government inspected meat processing establishment. SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIP is for a business that supplies the meat industry with goods or services. AS*OCIATE MEMBERSHIP is any company or individual that has an interest in meats or meat processing, but does not qualify as an Operator or Supplier Member.  As*ociate members are welcome to attend all IAMP events and receive the IAMP Update.
