Brewing Co occupies a building that was built in 1917 and was home to Olson’s Meat Market for over 60 years. Through careful renovation our taproom has recaptured many of the original architectural elements of an early 20th century butcher shop. Those efforts along with the Olson family’s prominent Benson business have made us a city landmark. We continuously rotate through 10+ hand-crafted Infusion beers in our Tap Room. When the building became available, Bill Baburek, Infusion Brewing is located in the heart of Downtown Benson, Nebraska – a historic neighborhood nine miles northwest of Omaha’s Central Business District. The building is situated on the south side of Maple Street (historically known as Mayne or Main Street) at the Military The north half of the Olson’s Market building was built in 1917, and in 1934 an addition was constructed to the south that doubled the size of the building. The interior has been redeveloped, but the building functions much as it did when Charlie Olson operated his butcher shop.
