i wanted to extend the powerexchange in every day life a bit more and one of the things was giving up meal decisions when eating off-site. i know my partner would never order something that i am unable to eat for one reason or the other. so, over the weekend he ordered for me something in the cafe. and, maybe it was so out of the blue - so new - that i in that second corrected the order regarind the type of milk (completly unnas*icary). in the second i finished i knew it was wrong, plus i actually fu*ked up the sensation that he already took care of it and my needs. no need from my side to optimise it. however, not enough i managed to fu*k up 3-4h later, dinner at a restaurant and we all were thinking out loud what to order. and, i do remember he said something and than he and i were conversing about the sides - but when it came to ordering i just managed to order the correct side. i completly missed the main part. on our way home our friends were walking a bit ahead of us. he simply asked me if i enjoyed my meal and that i sneaked the main. i was shocked because it unintentionally happend. we quitly talked about how to handle the situation given all the circu*stances and he said the “milk exchange in the cafe” was just a missunderstanding, however, the main was a shortcoming. i told him he should treat both as a slip now, i am wondering how i can pay better attention - be more quite in the sense of leaving room for him without having my mouth rambling plus, i am reflecting what i could have been doing better or more easly and still “un-openly” have him ordering for the main for dinner as the waitress was expectingly looking at each of us by turning to get the orders seperatly. i am still feeling shocked that i messed up so easily. questioning myself if i will be able to let go - keep the da*ned words in my mouth and think before i speak. and, to be honest i only realised it the first time with the stupid almond milk. i did not even notice his
