since 2010 the inter europol competition team runs different cars in different championships. this year the team will participate with two lmp3s in the european le mans series and two lmp3 in the vdev championship. two formula renault 2.0 are prepared to race in the vdev. and, last but not least, the team prepares one gp2 in the boss gp series. the inter europol competition team is sponsored by inter europol and run by keese motorsport and its team of professional engineers and mechanics. hence the name inter europol competition powered by keesemotorsport on the car and on the team clothing. the people who work for the team come from germany, poland, hungary, holland, slovakia and the czech republic. a truly international team with years in 2010 inter europol became the main sponsor. inter europol is an international bakery situated near warsaw (poland) which delivers bread and bread related products to mostly european countries but to over 30 countries worldwide. their customers are airlines, hotels, fuel stations, etc. the chance that you ate their bread at one time or another is very likely. the colours green and yellow on the car are those of inter europol and are inspired by lush green fields and the sun.. in the as*an le mans series race at fuji, japan, kuba smiechowski started the inter europol competition lmp3 #13 from 5thplace.. throughout the race there was a really fair fight with the #3 of united autosports for first place. while smiechowski and hippe led. most of the race, a safety car period with only 30 minutes to go, lost hippe the lead to the #3 car and the team had to be happy with second. after qualifying in 7thposition kuba smiechowski and martin hippe actually started from 5th, as two cars got a penalty which moved them down the grid. after the start smiechowski moved up to third place. with 45 minutes of the race done, it started raining. smiechowski came in for fuel and rain tyres just before most of the other lmp3s did. a very good pit stop strategy from the engineers as he moved up to
