My wife tried starting her car to leave home but only got that slow groaning sound after turning the key. I knew it had to be a battery issue. I attached my charger jumper pack to her battery and it started right up. I called Inver Grove Honda and explained that I was in a bind and wanted to know if they could get me in for service with no appointment. I knew that they were busy. I spoke with a Katherine who said to just bring it in and they would gladly as*ist me. It was a good thing that I lived less than 10 minutes away from the dealership. My service adviser was Tim. The car was evaluated by a tech and the battery failed a diagnostic test. A new battery was installed. We were in and out in under 40 minutes. Thank you Katherine and Tim for you help, it is greatly appreciated. I will continue to buy and service my Kate Douglas and Royce Phung-Vuong were terrific! (Sas was Carly on the phone, So was our loan person and also the person who explained our extra options) Very helpful and friendly! Kate is so organized and just able to multi- task so many duties at once! She had several people at the front desk and was to help them all swiftly and calmly. Royce was so very kind to us to ensure our customer satisfaction. We were initially not pleased with the trade in value, (which had nothing to do with him)but he worked with us to see that we were and negotiated for us. Very thoughtful person. Great attitude and didn’t mind staying late to help us make sure we knew the vehicle!
