Heat Clay ba*ls, clay walls : just like salt, there’s zero effect on your skin or body, perhaps the smell makes you relax, but there’s no “Toxins” : there’s no scientific measure of definition of such a word, it’s just a bullsh*t term to replace “bad stuff” and it “Minerals” : much like all the above, unless you ingest it, there’s no way it’ll change your body. Scrub : This one isn’t too bad, it’s a simple principle of scrubbing dead skin off of you. They make no health claims, it’s just another way to feel cleaner and lighter. Not for everybody, but basically harmless. Any claims to help your menstrual cycle, arthritis, joint pain, bad heart….: it’s all bullsh*t.
