I don’t know about you but approaching 40s was a very conflicting time in my life.  Something inside of me was letting me know that my life was about to take on some major changes. At the same time I was not sure what it would look like, but looking almost 2 years later, My son was leaving for college, and my urge to start my own business was getting stronger and stronger. I can’t say I am craving change on the daily basis, but I know that change is absolutely inevitable if I want to make any despite the fear. So, learning quickly how to embrace the change will guide you in the direction you always wanted to go. I believe having a healthy body is one of the top important aspects for living a happy life, and you can drink all the green juice you like, but if you aren’t happy with your career, relationships – or your life in general – you just can’t expect to be happy. It all starts with you! It’s all about self-love, self-compas*ion, being kind, and cultivating softness toward yourself.
