Talent Preparation Laboratory Project 1. General Provisions1.1. This Statute determines the rules and rules of the Olympics (hereinafter referred to as the Olympics) to be held among the youth within the Talent Preparation Laboratory project.1.2. The Olympiad is carried out with the purpose of organization and functioning of the Talent Preparation Laboratory in accordance with Article 6.3.6 of the State Program Azerbaijani Youth in 2011-2015. The Organizing Committee of the Olympiad is composed of representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, the Ministry of Education and the Science Support Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.1.4. The Olympiad is implemented at the expense of the funds received from the sources prohibited by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other law.1.5. Chairman of the Organizing Committee is Intigam Babayev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 2. The goals and objectives of the Olympiad2.1. Main objectives: 2.1.1. Propaganda of scientific and technical areas among youth 2.1.2. Increasing the scientific-creative initiatives of the youth 2.1.3. Identifying talented young people in science and technology 2.1.4. Creating favorable conditions for the demonstration of scientific and creative potential of young people and their involvement in scientific research activities 2.1.5. Involving academics and professionals in relevant fields with talented youth.2.2. Main duties: 2.2.1. Promote scientific and technical areas among young people; 2.2.2. Providing young people with m participation in various competitions 2.2.3. Selecting young people with scientific and technical talent; 2.2.4. Organize quality education and training programs for project participants 2.2.5. Creating a platform for sharing knowledge and expertise between selected scholars and academics; 2.2.6. Support the participation of selected talented youth in regional and international competitions and Olympiads 2.2.7. To support the winners in their scientific and technical fields. 3. Rules for participation in the Olympics3.1. Citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic at the age of 14-15 may participate in the Olympiad.3.2. Olympiads are conducted in mathematics, physics and chemistry.3.3. agers are registered at www.istedad.az on dates determined by the Organizing Committee to participate in the Olympiad.3.4. The Olympics will be held online and visually. Participants who score high points in online stages receive a transition to the final (visual) stage.3.5. The winners of the final stage will be announced by the Organizing Committee.3.6. Winners of the Olympiad will be equal to the number of students of public and private educational institutions.3.7. Among the pupils who have collected the same score, the selection will be conducted according to the time spent on the solution of exam questions.3.8. The jury of the Olympiad has the right to terminate its Olympic results during the imprudence of any participant. Note: Adolescents who are eligible to participate in the Olympics as of December 31, 2005 can also participate. 4. Duration and stages of the Olympiad4.1. The Olympiad dates are announced by the Organizing Committee.4.2. The list of participants and winners will be posted on the official website 24 hours after the end of the Olympiad. 5.Privacy 5.1. Participants who disagree with the results may submit their comments to the Organizing Committee within 3 days after announcing the results.5.2. Appeal requests will be considered and answered within 10 days. 6.Provision 6.1. The winners will be awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and partner organizations. The awarding ceremony was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov, Deputy Minister of Education Mahabbat Valiyeva, Executive Director of the Science Development Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elchin Babayev, politics and sports committee Ulvi Guliyev, rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, academician Urkhan Alakbarov, deputy chairman of the Family, Women and Children Committee Aynur Sofiyeva and other officials. The Second International Olympiad of Talent Training Laboratory has started in Baku since December 10, 2018. The Azerbaijani Youth, confirmed by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Olympics, is being implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to ensure the implementation of the State Program in 2017-2021. The aim of the Olympiad is to create an environment for students to engage in scientific research activities, to create a competitive environment for their development, to promote scientific knowledge, to engage scientists and researchers with agers and young people, and to create international relations among talented agers. It should be noted that starting from 2013, every year at the republican level, the Olympiad was given an international status in 2017 and the first International Olympiad of Talent Training Laboratory was held in Baku in that year with the participation of eight countries. To date, more than 13,000 Azerbaijani agers have participated in this scientific competition. Participants from 9 foreign countries - Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan participate in the II International Olympiad. Along with foreign participants at the International Olympiad, the Azerbaijani participants, who were winners of the online games of the VI Republican Olympiad in Talent Preparation Laboratory in November this year also competed. The Olympiad is held on math, physics and chemistry with the participation of agers aged 14-16. Winners determined based on the results of all three subjects were awarded valuable prizes, diplomas and medals from the Olympiad. It should be noted that the final round of the Olympics took place on December 12. The awarding ceremony of the winners of the II International Olympiad on Talent Preparation Laboratory was held on December 13. According to the rules of International Science Olympiads, 5 people were awarded 1st, 10 second and 14 3rd place. Contributors from Azerbaijan have won 9 medals, of which 8 are bronze and 1 silver. The first place was taken by the Russian Federation, the second place was taken by Uzbekistan and the third place went to Tajikistan. The winners were awarded medals, diplomas and valuable prizes by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1st place Acer, HP netbook for 2nd place and Lenovo tablet for 3rd place). The lecturer of the Moscow State Institute of Physics and Engineering, the head of the Russian team Mikhail Osin noted the high scientific level and organization of the International Olympiad. He always thanked Azerbaijan for the hospitality shown to them. The event was also attended by members of the International Olympic Committee's Scientific Committee, ociate Professor of Baku Engineering University Najif Nabiyev, Head of the Department of this University Yusif Abdullayev, leading researcher of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS Eldar Mammadov for their great contribution to the Olympics preparation.

Visit the Exam and Results page in your private cabinet.3. Check out the Olympiad 2018. Third Round section in the exam rankings.4. Click Start. The exam round consists of 10 questions (3 physics, 3 chemistry, 4 maths) and totally takes about 45 minutes. You can quickly exit the exam. Click on the Stop test on for that. You need to click on the Test expiration until the 45 minute expires. Otherwise your answers will not be registered !!!! The exam page will be opened at 12:00 on 03 November 2018 and will be active until 14.00. The exam will last 45 minutes. Dear participants of the Olympics!
