Misc, Misc, Misc.. This is my personal.Art-only blog is @imonosej It was born from snow, falling down from the skies above. It arrived upon a spider web and the weaver came scurrying to investigate. And so, It became eight-eyed and eight-legged. It inherited all that the spider knew, and so It stayed in that silk home, weaving extensions, and patching tears as if that had always been Its duty. For now, the forest held an odd white spider, cold to the touch, with odd clear It lived, eating little creatures from the world, but never once returning anything. The Earth did not accept this imbalance, for all things must belong in the chain of consumption, the absolute cycle of energy, and so a fish jumped out of the river below, unnaturally high, seeking food. And so, It became a water-dweller. Still eight-eyed, and now with eight fins, It did not inherit this new role particularly well, and It was quickly hunted by an an*mal and brought back to land. And so, It became warm-blooded. It began to think, and extra eyes hid themselves under fur, with excess legs shrinking into the body. Now a large hulking mas* of flesh and muscle, It felt the blood rushing through Its body, and the cold air in Its lungs. It began Its new inheritance of a bear. Wandering through the forest, It hunted and ate, once again returning nothing. Only being consumed, the Earth’s wrath once again struck out, but could find no purchase on this new form. It was surrounded by a hungry pack, but Its eyes opened and saw all directions. It was pushed into a pit of water, but It merely grew gills. It was crushed by falling trees, but It simply pushed through with strength. And then It came across something new. From outside the forest, a small human corpse turned up in Its path. And so, It stood up on two legs. They stood up on two legs. Inheriting another existence, the being walked out of the forest. The path seemed as familiar, like They arrived at the burnt remains of a town. Bodies were strewn about, left behind. And so, they became more. Again and again, until they
