I spoke with Sandra Dyer, requested an appointment on Wednesday morning at 7:30 am. She was very accommodating. On the morning of the appointment I arrived a few minutes early, was written up and in the waiting room before my time. Forty-five minutes I was out of the store and on my way down the road.
