Despite a few injuries and setbacks, my cutting diet has gone extremely well. Since January I’m down just a hair under 35 pounds. No cheat meals or snacks No alcohol No missed weight training, business travel, long days at work, a relaxed (but in all honestly not completely horrible) diet and a gluttonous holiday season, when I started my cut last Monday I was in the worst condition since my initial transformation back in 2003: 210.6 pounds and 20% busy (more on that further down). Today is the 15th anniversary of the start of my initial transformation, and there’s no way I’m letting this day end without a blog.
