isn’t it nuts how you can go on wikipedia, the most popular and accessible source of information in the world, and read twenty articles in a row about how the usa to*tures and murders people and commits war crimes and people are just like. chill w it. the. not to panic more but twitter is probably about to do the same thing as tumblr. so i just read up more on what the actual fu*k is going on and what this means for nsfw content creators and this twitter thread really explains everything and why no amount of petition signing is going to change the direction tumblr, and inevitably twitter, is going while a lot of artists went the ways of newgrounds and hf and mastodon and whatever else, a lot artists (myself included) just moved to twitter because we were all mostly there already. but i’m not just bringing this up because i care about twitter, twitter definitely su*ks, but because nsfw creators are very quickly running out of options. we all keep getting pushed to these dark, horrible websites. i would like to recommend pixiv, it’s a japanese site which is fairly clean. my hottest take is that kids shouldn’t be exposed to ballet i’m only half serious when i say that but i do really think ballet needs to be re-evaluated and radically transformed until it’s no longer a form where dancers are expected to work their bodies to the bone and often can’t dance past 25, as well as maintaining harmful standards for body type, not to mention how many companies are exploitative and how many choreographers are abusive …. it’s as bad as pro football. you won’t catch me taking kids to see the nutcracker! so that post about how you can get around the bot by tagging things “#sfw”? uhhhhh it’s true. i am losing my godda*n mind like how is it possible to be this stupid  any fandesign will look better now than we see in the movie. autodi will single handedly save it with her amazing designs.
