For the Longest Time I’ve wanted to Experience Autumn in New England. I love the East Coast so decided to get my Leaf Peeping on and take a RoadTrip from Boston up to the Beautiful Town of Woodstock in Vermont. No Hotel or Inn Keeper could guarantee when to see ‘Peak Foliage’ as it can happen in New England anytime between September and November. I have decided to go for a 10 Day Break during October where it should be peaking somewhere between Maine and Boston. So far it’s hard to tell if it’s Peak or not as there’s so much Colour everywhere I go. The drive from Boston to Woodstock Vt was so beautiful and the changing of the leaves was so vibrant that I couldn’t capture the beauty of it in a picture so I stopped trying. It’s a mixture of Golds, Yellows, Ambers, Orange and bright Reds with evergreen trees inbetween. Woodstock is such a beautiful Town with gorgeous Inns, Boutiques and Deli’s. They have a Beautiful Wood Covered Bridge that runs over the Stunning Ottauquechee River. The River is accessible and a lovely place to sit by and have a picnic. If you only have a short time to visit Vermont you must go to Woodstock as it has everything you’d expect a New England Picture Perfect Town to have. I highly recommend The Village Inn of Woodstock, a Victorian B&B that serves a three course Candlelit Breakfast. Or The Woodstock Inn for a longer If your venturing further North Twin Fa*ms In Barnard is Pricey but seems to be the No1 Destination although we didn’t make it that far! We are on our way back down the 91 towards Salem for some Hocus Pocus maybe even stopping by Cape Cod over the Weekend for a Lobster Roll. Shopping in Boston has been amazing and I bought every Blazer from the New Reformation store that’s opened on Newbury St. Frye the Bootmakers also on Newbury St have some incredible riding boots that I managed to pick up too. This trip has had it all. Great Shopping and some amazing Resturants in Boston. We particularly loved the North End and ate some delicious pasta in Carmelinas in the Italian Quarter. Its
