HAMID REZA KHEDMATGOZAR has a Ph.D in Information Technology (IT) Management form Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IRANDOC), Tehran, Iran. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Yazd University, Yazd, Iran, and a Master’s degree in industrial engineering (Financial systems) from University of Science and Culture, Tehran, Iran. His research interests revolve around e-business models and strategies, knowledge management, electronic commerce,  IT service management, information Technology in organizations, human-computer interaction, digital identifier systems and electronic resource management. He has written over 25 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in a wide variety of peer- reviewed journals, 2 books, as well as several conference papers.
