VISION STATEMENT - Lakeview Community Schools: Graduates are innovative, collaborative,  Lakeview Community Schools are located in central Montcalm County and cover 206 square miles. The school district currently operates one elementary, one middle school, and one high school, serving 1,130 students. We are committed to providing premiere services to the families of Lakeview Community Schools. A few highlights of our district include: LCS Virtual Learning Center,      Dual Enrollment and Early College  Lakeview Community Schools has developed unique partnerships with Spectrum Health and the Village of Lakeview. Our district has multiple agreements with Spectrum that provide the following: an athletic trainer throughout the school year, a dedicated school nurse and, unique to Lakeview Community Schools, our School linked Youth Clinic. Our partnership through the Village of Lakeview provides our students and staff an additional support through the utilization of a School Resource Officer. We are extremely fortunate to have strong partnerships with local businesses that provide an extra layer to monitor student health and safety. In an effort to successfully reach our vision, Lakeview Community Schools developed a needs based bond that was supported by our community in February of 2013. With the successful pas*ing, Lakeview added additional clas*room space to the former Bright Start Elementary building (renamed Lakeview Elementary), making this one of the most attractive elementary buildings within Montcalm County.
