Patients can expect to receive psychoeducation about anxiety, depression, and communication, learn the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, set thera*eutic goals and track progress, learn and practice techniques and interventions to help manage these conditions, and discharge from the program with a new set of tools to improve overall life functioning. The program will terminate by August 24, 2018 and sessions will last 60 minutes with a predetermined consistent appointment time. If you are in need of further psychothera*eutic intervention at close of the program, referrals can be made to other providers.
