They'll give you candid feedback and your skin will grow thicker and thicker. If I could go back in time and make this decision again, I'd do it one more time in a heartbeat. LAUNCH incubator turns wildly pas*ionate and hard working founders into extremely fundable founders. I don't know YC well but I would imagine the larger clas* side may dilute access to the human resources and individual attention that we found so valuable in the incubator. The LAUNCH team selects founders who are executing at an extremely high level in markets that are important. We look for world-clas* product design, traction, revenue, and technical execution -- said simply, people with skills and products that people love. We seek individuals who are de*ply pas*ionate and who possess a tremendous work ethic. All of the founders we accept have a solid product in market. At least half of the startups we accept have significant traction and revenue.
