I love to see people heal, grow, change, and come into more fullness in themselves and in their relationships.  I enjoy working with te*nagers and ad*lts with various issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and mother-child relationships. I have advanced skills and training in the areas of trauma, identity, and relationship therapy. I am skilled in using a wide variety of thera*eutic approaches, including attachment work, depth-oriented psychotherapy, emotion-focused therapy, various trauma and body-based therapies, feminist approaches to mental health and therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness.  However, I tailor my approach based on specific goals and strengths of the client, so that each person can experience therapy that is a good fit for them.  All of the thera*eutic modalities I use are evidence-based and geared towards empowering each  I find it very important as a therapist to be engaged in research, which can provide information on how to best support people in their desire to experience well-being and thriving.
