machut’s supper club was founded in november 1961 by norman & lorraine machut & is still owned & operated by family to this day. the. establishment originally opened under the name “babe & norm’s bar,” later renamed “machut’s” and then “machut’s supper. the first menu items were hamburgers & mexican-style chili, which were served at the bar (no dining room yet!).  family-style roasted. chicken was added & we began serving in our lower level party room.  there were no kitchen facilities on that level; all of the food was. carried down a flight of stairs from the kitchen in the living quarters.  as popularity grew, a kitchen was added to the lower. in 1964, machut’s began serving broasted meats (chicken, pork chops, & perch).  the main dining room & kitchen were completed in 1968..  the main building, which once housed our living quarters and barroom, was completely remodeled and enlarged in 1980 into our. present spacious barroom, which now seats 75.   our banquet room, which seats up to 100, was completed one year later.  in fall 1988,. our downstairs party room was renovated and made available to groups having their dinner banquet with us.. we are happy you have chosen to dine at machut’s supper club.  it’s our desire to do all that we can to ensure that you have a. memorable dining experience.  if there is anything we can do to make your visit more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask any of our. includes tossed lettuce salad, choice of potato, & dinner rolls. includes tossed lettuce salad, choice of potato, & dinner rolls. “it’s a supper club with some old world charm. the people are very nice and helpful. the food is very good with a good little salad bar.. the prices are very reasonable. we try to stop in when we are in the area. the prime rib to me is awesome. it’s even great the next day.. the chicken is very good also nice and juicy. hope to eat there soon. thanks for the great meals!”. “the food is very good, one of the best salad bars ever and the very best liver pate’ i have ever had anywhere and i’ve been to many.
