This year, our Lansing stores School of Music Holiday Recital will be live-streamed on our Facebook page! This means that you, your family, and friends can all enjoy the performances from the comfort of your home. Relatives that are out of town will also be able to view the The Marshall Music Student Rock Camp brought down the house last week at Sir Pizza in Old Town! The group performed three songs, including Valerie by Amy Winehouse, I’d Rather Go Blind by Etta James, and Sweet Child O Mine by Guns N Roses. Thanks to our instructors, Kathy Ford and Chris Rollins, for supporting this generation of young musicians in the Lansing area! Jimmy Edwards, President of Marshall Music, along with Scott Duimstra, Executive Director of Capital Area District Libraries, were happy to present the grand prize of a $500 Marshall Music gift card to the winners of the Capital Area Cover Song Contest recently.
