Although this publication contributed to the definition of Tunisian culture in many respects, it was not comprehensive and did not have all the controls that characterized the open Tunisian to avoid the shortcomings that plagued the paper encyclopedia and to inform all the tributaries of Tunisian culture and civilization history and geography, art, literature and science, personalities and institutions. It is open in terms of: it is in terms of continuous work as long as the cultural phenomena continue and as long as the study is renewed, and on the other hand is open in the face of all those who wish to enrich them from within the complex and from outside.
