Rights and Responsibilities | Moscow City Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance

Insured persons are entitled to: provide them with free medical care by medical organizations when an insured event occurs: throughout the Russian Federation in the amount established by the basic program of compulsory medical insurance; in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation in which the policy of compulsory health insurance is issued, in the amount established by the territorial program of compulsory health insurance;

Getting a policy | Moscow City Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance

The Compulsory Medical Insurance Policy (OMS) is a do ent certifying the right of the insured person to free medical care throughout the Russian Federation in the amount stipulated by the basic compulsory health insurance program, in accordance with paragraph 1 Art. 45 of the Federal Law of 29.11.2010 No. 326-ФЗ “On Compulsory Medical Insurance in the Russian Federation”.
