There was absolutely no pressure to spend more money for an extended warranty when we said we did not want it--really we felt we were not pressured about anything. We were from out of town and I did not have my checkbook so they worked with us and we were able to pick up the I was able to schedule the service call. Service time was reasonable. Comfortable waiting area. The staff is extremely professional and pleasant. I had an extremely negative experience with the Chevorlet Dealership in Columbia SC. The Augusta Chevorlet Dealership is definitely a breathe of fresh air in comparison. Will continue to go there to get my car serviced.
