I really like the concept of giving one interview as a candidate and making it available to various organisations, I like the idea and the Through Monjin we can expand network as per our skillsets. Also gives opportunities to build own reputation in Global Interviewer's I enjoyed the overall experience of giving a Monjin Interview. The fact that I could do the same sitting within the comforts of my home I just wanted to say that at the beginning, I thought it was very complicated, but as I was shown through by the Monjin consultant who couldn't be more patient with me, I saw everything very clear.A very innovating idea, and I think it's great.
