This is an important one, so please make sure you read everything before voting. I didn't want to push polls back another week, which is why we're going to have two now. There have been a few people who have mentioned a larger admin team. I have made no secret that I personally do not feel having five mods is a good idea for MBP based on my experience as one of five when I first joined the team. It took forever to discuss and accomplish anything (since all mods need to weigh in on every issue before anything is handled), and numerous issues were left to sit or fester while we talked behind the scenes, which lead to members feeling ignored and bad situations escalating. It is no reflection on the people who were on the team, it was simply very difficult to wrangle five people from vastly different time zones into a conversation. It may also be difficult to be able to keep a five-member admin team filled considering most people aren't interested in modding (which is fine!). The three mod system has worked much more efficiently for everyone while still allowing different opinions and discussion. Regardless, I have spoken with the four nominees, and we all have decided to give the community the option to only take two of them (the original plan) or to add all four. The reason for this is we don't want to disregard anyone's ideas or opinions about the team, and if people feel strongly about a five-person team versus a three-person team, we want them to have that option. We would be committed to working together and handling issues as promptly as possible, but, of course, we don't know how it will actually work until we're in the middle of something as we are all in different areas of the world with different schedules.
