We really enjoyed our experience at the Myvatn Nature Baths. This facility was the best one of all of the larger pools in the country. natives, which was a nice change! Convenient to prepay for drinks and the attendants will bring them to you so you don't even have to get out of the pool. The cooler water pool is an infinity view onto the surrounding landscape, which is priceless. The little cafeteria attached was great for a post-soak meal: hot soup, bread, and a little smoked fish - it was perfect. Can't wait to come back! “A unique winter experience” I cannot suggest any place in Iceland during the summer period, no matter how beautiful or impressive it is.
