Skills workshop for DI team members Saturday, January 5, 2019 New Hampshire Destination Imagination® Camp Gottalikachallenge℠ Destination Imagination is an international program that fosters creativity, courage, and curiosity through open-ended academic Challenges focused on STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), fine arts, and service learning. Every summer, we welcome campers from all over the world to a week of summer camp fun at a variety of sites around New Hampshire. Our campers’ days are filled with hands-on learning, challenging activities with plenty of mental muscle-stretching games and zany fun! In! will be held on Saturday, January 5th at Southern New Hampshire University - and registration is open! Teams get to choose several workshops and participate in an Instant Challenge Skills Workshop. Many of these sessions are run by our alumni - who were on team December 1, 2018 - Over  20 new Destination Imagination Team Managers joined the new TM Training North on Saturday, December 1 at Merrimack Valley Middle School in Penacook. These new volunteers are in addition to the 75+ new team managers trained earlier in the year. New to Destination Imagination, for the most part, these volunteers were trained in building (more...) grow skills in creativity, problem-solving and collaboration  - and more. You can help us help more students by shopping for gifts using November 3, 2018 - Imagine trying to help kids develop creativity, problem-solving, and other skills that prepare them for the future of work. 40 new volunteer Destination Imagination Team Managers were trained in these skills Saturday at Hooksett Memorial School. In all, their work will impact almost 300 students this year alone. They are preparing students in the ultimate (more...) Managers, Appraisers and Team Members as well as likely tournament dates.
