The neighbors we spoke were warm, friendly and helpful. House was great for our needs. We were on a bachelorette party going to Disney's Magic Kingdom and Epcot WFF. 12 gi*ls fit very comfortably as there were enough beds and bathrooms for us all. It is very close to Disney (just about 12 mins drive) and close to a supermarket. The walls are very thin though so be prepared that once someone is up, the entire house is up. The house comes with exactly 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 hand towel, 1 dishwashing tab, 1 laundry tab so you will need to buy everything keeping in mind that clearly anything you leave with not be left behind for the next user but will be taken by the housekeeping team. There are also no extra sheets, blankets or towels so if it needs changing you will need to do your own laundry with the 1 laundry tab provided. The wifi worked well and there a small pool and a BBQ. The provided pots and pans, cooking utensils etc. were adequate for our needs. All in all, a good house for us. Met
