We are a union; a group of employees who come together to achieve strength and safety in numbers. The RDA is the only organisation in New Zealand solely representing the interests of Resident Medical Officers (RMOs). We are run by resident doctors for resident doctors. Our main purpose is to look after and to promote the interests of our members.
