One Select has ceased to trade. Ofgem, the energy regulator, has appointed TOGETHER ENERGY as the new supplier for its customers. Together Energy will supply energy to OneSelect’s customers as of 14 December 2018. Together Energy will contact customers over the coming days and again in a few weeks when their accounts have been fully set up. Customers need not worry, their supplies are secure. Former and current customers’ credit balances are protected. Current and former customers who are in debit to OneSelect should wait to hear from Together Energy or OneSelect’s administrators who will Ofgem’s advice to OneSelect’s customers is to wait until their accounts with Together Energy have been set up. This will help make sure that the process, including honouring any credit balances, is as has*le free for customers as possible.
