Respond to each other's location-based alerts.  There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes since the first app was launched and pulled.   Thousands of hours have gone into designing the optimal system, developing the business plan, building the partnerships, and getting the right people in place. We have spent a tremendous amount of time and money with designers, developers, marketing experts, sereal entrepreneurs and self defense This was all necessary to insure that the next attempt will be successful. I'm happy to say that we have developed a solid model and design for an effective Civil Security System.    Not only do we have a system that can prove value, we also have a business model that is going to enable us to scale quickly and add value to the lives of hundreds of millions around the world.
