for supporting our crowdfunding campaign and raising more than 8.000€ for children's therapy. we are a non profit organization based in the dominican republic. in cultural exchange between locals and volunteers and seek to promote peace and human rights. we foster & empower young people and believe in equal opportunities. we are a sustainable gras*roots ngo, located in santa bárbara de samaná and las terrenas, two charming coastal we also serve those serving others: our volunteers! we give volunteers and interns the opportunity to make a difference in the local community while meeting people, learning spanish and enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of the dominican republic. our volunteers we are run exclusively by the donations and efforts of our volunteers and interns. we support local youth and their families. we seek to. i am one of the coordinators for our social and cultural operations. i have been working for several years in the as*ociative sector and have developed a strong attachment to various ngos, so i have chosen to put my experience at the service of a social and humanitarian organization. i firmly believe in the values of equity advocated by aldeas de paz and i am strongly committed to promoting the vision of our thanks to my multicultural upbringing, i am convinced that cultural exchange and mutual learning between our volunteers and the dominican population are key factors to the success of our numerous projects. through our cooperative work, we an*lyze the needs of the dominicans and elaborate efficient strategies to as*ist them. the various projects we are developing with the local community in samaná help us make a meaningful progress and improve our beneficiaries’ lives. i am very happy to have joined this energetic team and to be helping our organization support the ideal of a better future for the less fortunate. i am pas*ionate about expanding the positive change we encourage by working hand in hand with all our volunteers, our local staff and the
