We are known as the friendly running club and we have proudly brought runners together in Perth for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to inspire and be inspired so all we ask is that you have a pair of running shoes and a sense of humour. We will take care of the rest. We meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm. On Tuesdays we meet at Bell’s Sports Centre North Muirton for speed sessions or  around the Kinnoull Hill area for hill reps. The details for Thursday nights are on the Events We have a broad range of ages and abilities in our club. At our Tuesday sessions,  we have a ‘Meet & Greet’ set up where one of our members will welcome you to the club and run with you, introducing you to some of our members who would likely be running at the same pace as you. This is a great way to meet us and see what the club is about. We tend to run for around 1 hour at our Tuesday sessions and so the range can be anything from 4-5 miles up to, and more than, 10 miles. Before you take that step, we would like to invite you to one of our Tuesday sessions as a taster session and meet us all. These sessions are free; the only additional payments is a £2.30 per-person fee for the Thursday session at the George Duncan Athletics Arena.
