Not everyone has the same stamina and strength. Based on their capabilities, people have different types of practice. We, as well, offer different practices, so that anybody can find what fits them the most. First of all, we have a basic training. It lasts an hour and it includes warm-up exercises, exercises in the water and, of course, various styles of swimming. Next is a practice that lasts an hour and More advanced training lasts two hours where we enhance the swimming itself. It requires more stamina and speed, therefore, it is All of our members are great athletes and good swimmers, but naturally, there are those who are simply better than others. Mathew didn’t start off great, but he showed a real improvement. After a few months of regular training, he became one of our best swimmers. Last but certainly not least, is Oliver. He has been swimming since he was six years old. His pas*ion for this sport is quite obvious. Even after all that time, he didn’t get fed up with it. On contrary, he’s into it more than before.
