In light of the current increase in the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the recent provincial announcement requesting the closure of all non-essential workplaces in Ontario, as well as the Ottawa Public Health’s guidelines regarding social distancing, the offices of the Administration Authority will be closed effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020. The offices will remain closed until further direction has been provided. Our staff will work from home throughout this difficult period, however the time frame to process members’ appeals and inquiries may be extended.
