This is the home page for quicksfv.  Please utilize the links on the left for information about quicksfv. July 5 - where does the time go?! Fine, I'm trying something brand fresh, there's a brand fresh build of quicksfv. It's the rewritten version 3.0 of all quicksfv for windows xp and upward, 32 and 64 bit. I adding a linux variant (intel platforms just to date ). This really is only a console version immediately to test the code. I don't have some supporting docu*entation with this variant just use the --help option to see the options. It supports .sfv and .md5 at this time but the other file types will be added sooner or later. The origin continues to be closed but I'm debating on whether to start it. March 13, 2008 - quicksfv 2.36 is published. Fixed a bug which may lead to quicksfv to perform slowly sometimes. (! ) ) February 20, 2008 - 64bit vista. So as to write to the program files directory, I needed to upgrade the version to require administrator privileges. (sigh!) There is A brand new 64bit installer available for down load. As quivksfv itself didn't change I did not bump the version number. The installer file name did change to avoid a confusion. February 10, 2008 - wow, where does the time go! I've eventually gotten around to doing some work with quicksfv. Not sufficient time as I might really like. I plan to do a version 3 of quicksfv. I want to compose a cross platform version for linux and mac users. Until then, I'm publishing 2.35. The good news is this fixes a longstanding bug which could crash explorer when working with individual file and .md5 files. This variant vista 6 4 users around the world along with also comes with a version for the xp64. April 25, 2007 - web site is revived. The site moved down for a little while but still is (clearly ) backup. I lost a few pieces of news.
