 As far as my professional career is concerned, here goes… My name is Ram Prasad (Ram), I am part of the IT industry for 14+ years now.. I started out as a Help desk support technician and have been climbing the ladder ever since. I Worked my way up to system engineering mostly through self-study which I enjoy doing still. The best way to describe me as a professional, I guess, is as a thoroughbred IT generalist. Although I have been involved in several Citrix (XenApp & xen Desktop)  & Microsoft Hyper-V related projects in the past, most of started focusing on the Citrix portfolio more specific, both I am pas*ionate about. Currently,  I’m  Virtualization SME where I am primarily working on  Citrix , Microsoft Hyper-v with secondary skills  of Vmware ESXi. I’m supporting  multiple customers under shared support  throughout the year, ranging from 25 up to 5000+ users. Next to that I also try to share my thoughts and knowledge in every known way possible. I started this blog in the year May 2016 with lot of pas*ion to share my knowledge whatever i gain in professional carrier.
