Our company is a government contractor, subject to Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended) and the federal Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment As*istance Act of 1974 (as amended). Natural Resources Services (NRS) is a division of Redwood Community Action Agency (RCAA), a private non-profit organization, based in Eureka California. NRS is committed to working with private landowners, government agencies, timber and fisheries industries, tribes, and community-based groups to promote healthy communities and healthy watersheds. The Youth Service Bureau is a division of the Redwood Community Action Agency. YSB has been providing a variety of volunteer services to The Community Services Division is responsible for service projects and programs which help to build the as*ets of individuals and organizations, maintain and increase community's as*ets, and establish household or individual self-sufficiency.  Redwood Community Action Agency (RCAA) is a locally based, private non-profit organization that provides a wide range of services to low and moderate income residents of Humboldt County. Our long-term goal is to develop programs through which people can become self-sufficient and empowered to improve their own lives. There are 52 Community Action Agencies in California and approximately 1,100 nationwide.
