The Feathertop development is entered by driving up Feathertop Way and through a tunnel under the ski run. The road snakes its way up with chalets scattered along the sides and ski access is first cl as the grooming machines come to within inches on the residences. To the left of the development is Sundance Ski run to the right Millie’s mile. Across the bottom and the run you drive under is Shortcut. You can get to the Bullet Chair by taking the ski track through Sundance Resort or take Shortcut down to the Black Forest Express and Lara’s Gondola. The view to the south from all the chalets is un obstructed and you could spend your days just gazing out from your living room at the vista, one chalet is names Artists View for a very good reason. This area is quiet and slightly to the right of the main village, a free shuttle bus stops right outside Sundance resort just below the bridge and this bus takes you to the village center and Happy Valley.
