This on its own dreadfully affected the country’s transportation network: and this in turn affected and continues to affect many other businesses down the line. This grave and poor handling of a procurement operation has contributed to the poor functioning of Transnet as a parastatal. The bigoted exploitation of stevedoring companies happened under his nose.
