Dr. Shafran received his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Duke University, and received his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University, graduating with honors. Following an internship in internal medicine, he completed specialty training in dermatology at Medical University of South Carolina where he served as chief resident. Lindsay is a Board Certified Physician As*istant. Originally from Pensacola, FL, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in microbiology from the University of Florida. Lindsay graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physician As*istant Studies from the University of South Alabama. She has been a practicing physician as*istant in North Carolina for more than 10 years. Nikki is a Board Certified Physician As*istant, specializing and practicing in Dermatology for over 10 years. Originally from Ohio, Nikki attended the University of Toledo where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry and a pre-med focus. She then continued her education at the University of Toledo, graduating in 2006 with a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences in Physician As*istant Studies. After graduating, Nikki moved to North Carolina to practice. Ashley is a Board Certified Physician As*istant. A North Carolina native, she grew up in the Lake Norman area before going on to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
