Professional trainers will lead the warm-up and stretching session at 7:00 a.m. on-site. After 12:00 noon, light lunch will be provided and Running course: Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark, Pak Tam Chung, Sai Kung Hong Kong Global Geopark comprises of the Sai Kung Volcanic Rock Region and Northeast New Territories Sedimentary Rock Region.
