the new event dates for the hobart schools triathlon challenge events are as below: schools have been advised of this earlier today and will sort out new arrangements, there will no doubt be unavoidable clashes with prior i am extremely happy that with wonderful support from blundstone arena management, clarence city council, tasmania police and all event suppliers, officials etc etc that these new dates have been able to be secured. to help tomorrow morning, use the below with the transition map grade 5’s are in the derwent street car park (transition area 1 on map) grade 6’s and grade 3’s (beach street car park – 6’s in the top half, 3’s at the bottom half) (transition area 2 on map). grade 4’s on the gras* area on the left hand side of the bike track (transition area 3 on the map) the racks are all long straight lines and we hope this will help make it easier with all boys on a row, teams down the middle and gi*ls down the other side, with crowd control barrier on each side as overflow. the duathlon format went really well with the secondary students and i know that the primary students will take it head on and love it
