Our SeaCrest vacation condo is conveniently located on the sugary white sands and emerald green waters of Okaloosa Island. Leave the car parked as there are no roads to cross to get to the beach. Our 4th floor unit affords very good views of the Gulf of Mexico from the the entire unit. Beach service is available on the beach in front of the complex (seasonally). That's right, we are confident that we can save you some money on your vacation! If you book through one of the vacation rental websites such as VRBO, AirBNB, FlipKey, you will be charged an administrative booking fee that can be up to 8% plus you will also be charged a cleaning fee. While we do have our vacation property listed on these websites, if you book directly with us we do not charge these additional fees. You are charged the rental price and a refundable $250 security deposit. We have owned our SeaCrest condo since 2005. We are not a vacation rental company or an investor that owns multiple properties. We own just this property that we personally maintain, keep meticu*ously clean and that is enjoyed by our family, friends and our guests! If you need something or simply have a question, we are here to help! Condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full-size baths with over 1,074 sq ft and can comfortably sleep (6) guests. Complex sits on the beach and runs perpendicular to the beach, therefore no roads to cross to hit the sand! There is an exercise room on-site with a handful of cardio equipment. Includes refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave as well as all plates, pots, serving dishes and utensils! Our condo is about (8) miles from Destin, (41) miles from Pensacola and (60) miles from Beaches International airport. Need to do laundry after a day at the beach? Washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit. We enjoyed our stay and we had everything that we needed in our condo. Being right on beach was wonderful.
