The Settlers High School is situated comfortably on the border between Cape Town and Bellville, and scenic views of the Table Mountain range and Tygerberg can be had from each of the school's sports fields. Our school has grown in more ways than one since its humble beginnings and now rates as one of the top schools in the Western Cape. Evidence of this can be found no matter where one looks at the school. The school continues to believe in a balanced approach to education focusing on Academic, Sport, Pastoral and Culture. Academically the school is strong and for many years the school has achieved a 100% pas* rate with only 7 having not pas*ed since 1995. Close onto 80% of pupils are involved in sport with the remainder giving service to sport. Our strong pastoral role is a major influence on our developing of young ad*lts. Our involvement in culture is immense and we can boast a substantial number of cultural activities as well as one of What is also remarkable is the knowledge that amongst the school's academic achievers are a diverse international group including exchange students. We strongly encourage student exchanges as we believe it enriches not only our students but the inbound exchange student as well. The school has an extremely friendly and supportive environment which has resulted in many immigrants enrolling at The The school continues to have a strong exchange programme with students from many continents joining us for short and long term exchanges. We have built up a strong relationship with schools in Germany as well as the United Kingdom. International sports tours are welcomed and  we have annual sports tours to international destinations. Academic visits have also taken places to Europe as well as the USA.
