The main core of Niaz-Shahram group was established by Niaz Esmaili (born1974) and Shahram Zare (born 1969). This couple studied their During their studies they were employed as co-architects in some private offices. After completing their studies, they began their professional careers in different fields of teaching in university, architecture designs, construction and interior design. Propagation designed on city buses was their first team experience. Since 2000 they have taught numerous BA students in different architecture designs, construction and presentation courses. They are members of Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Shiraz, Iran and are also members of the faculty of Islamic Azad University, Shiraz, Iran.
